We are pleased to offer a product change policy.

Customers can avail of a product change, with the following conditions:

Damage Product Received Policy:-

• The product will be exchanged in case the customer receives a damaged product.
• But for Exchange, the Customer has to share the Opening Video of the order when you get the order.
• You have to make a complete video of unboxing including opening the sealed poly packing of the box.
• If the above satisfactory video is provided then only we approve the exchange.

Wrong Product Received Policy:-

• The product will be exchanged in case the customer receives a Wrong product.
• But for Exchange, the Customer has to share the Opening Video of the order when you get the order.
• You have to make a complete video of unboxing including opening the sealed poly packing of the box.
• If the above satisfactory video is provided then only we approve the exchange.

Product Exchange Policy:-

A nominal courier charge of Rs. 79 will be applicable for exchanging products. with any other product of the same price.

And in case the customer wants to exchange the product with another product it can also be done for that and the difference amount is to be paid by the customer in Prepaid payment only.

Customers are responsible for bearing the courier charges for product exchanges.

Size Exchange Policy:-

Size exchanges are available for all our products.

The first-time size exchange charge is Rs. 79.

For subsequent size exchanges, customers are required to cover the courier charges, varying based on location and the number of products being exchanged.
